Investigation Summary
At 1:45 p.m. on September 27, 2018, two employees were working on a structure cutting bolts on some cross bracing. A military jet took off and caused severe vibrations through the structure and it started to fall. Employee #1 jumped from the structure as it was falling and fractured his arm. Employee #2 ran from the structure, sustaining several scratches and a sore back. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
