Employee is pulled into clay extruder and is killed

At 11:15 a.m. on September 20, 2018, an employee was packaging clay blocks and was standing next to the clay extruder where the mixer feeds the extruder. The employee was pulled into the extruder when his arm was caught by the unguarded extruder blades and was killed. The employee was killed.
