Investigation Summary
At 8:30 a.m. on August 31, 2018, an employee was climbing a tree in preparation to remove it. The employee was approximately 25 feet into the tree and attached a rope to a branch. As the employee put his body weight on the rope, the branch broke and the employee fell to the ground, resulting in internal injuries.
