Employee fractures wrist and pelvis in fall

At 1:00 p.m. on August 29, 2018, Employee #1 was working from a mobile scaffold, painting an awning. The employee did not lock the wheels. The scaffold became unstable, and he fell 10 feet. He sustained a fractured pelvis and wrists. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment.
