At 4:45 a.m. on August 27, 2018, an employee was setting up a scrubber and began to walk by an unsecured stack of sheet rock in the hallway. While passing by, the sheet rock stack fell over for an unspecified reason and landed on top of the employee, who received a leg (fibula) fracture.
