Employee's leg is fractured when caught between conveyor rol

At 4:15 p.m. on June 5, 2018, a maintenance crew installed the roller conveyor driver motors. Employee #1 was verifying the belt alignment when he lost his balance and placed his left foot on the drive belt. His left foot became caught between the drive belt and one of the rollers, causing a fracture to his left leg, below the knee. The employee was hospitalized for his injury.
