Investigation Summary
At 6:30 p.m. on August 7, 2018, an employee asked his coworker to turn on the dough machine using a control panel that was located in another room. The employee continued to clean the dough from a conveyor belt with his hands and caught his hand in the moving conveyor belt, fracturing his right pinky and removing the nail. Hospitalization was not required.
