Employee's pelvis is fractured when struck by truck

At 4:15 p.m. on August 16, 2018, Employee #1 was going to run an errand. He ran to the passenger side of the truck to retrieve his phone. He was struck by both sets of rear passenger side wheels of the truck and sustained a torn rectum and fractured pelvis. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment.
