Investigation Summary
At 12:15 p.m. on August 17, 2018, an employee and two coworkers were standing on a trailer that was parked in Bay #1 while checking on internal temperatures when a coworker pulled the trailer away from the dock to realign it. The employee, who had one leg in the trailer and one on the dock, fell approximately 4 feet to the paved surface and fractured his leg. The employee was hospitalized.
