Employee crushes toes when caught between forklifts

At 8:30 a.m. on August 7, 2018, an employee was operating a stand up forklift while staging pallets on a loading dock. The employee finished staging the pallets and was parking the forklift when his left foot was caught between his forklift and another that was already parked. The employee crushed his toes and was hospitalized.
