Employee crushes foot while driving forklift and later requi

At 6:45 a.m. on May 15, 2018, an employee was using a Crown Ride-On Pallet Jack to bring packaging to the pork line and was returning to the storage area. The employee struck a post causing the mule to collide with the wall, crushing the employees left foot. The employee sustained multiple fractures and later needed a toe be amputated surgically.
