At 9:30 a.m. on August 10, 2018, an employee was removing the tie down straps from a load of 40 foot steel pipes on a flat bed trailer. The employee was crushed and killed by one of the pipes as it fell off of the trailer. Each pipe weighs approximately 5,000 lbs.
