Three employees are injured when exposed to chemical vapors

At 9:45 p.m. on July 6, 2018, three employees was working in a dairy parlor when there was a chemical reaction between peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. The reaction emitted vapors, which caused lung, eye, and mucus membrane irritation.
