HE CONTACTED CIRCUIT PARTS ENERGIZED AT ABOUT 600 VOLTS AND RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK. HE DIED, BUT IT WAS NOT REPORTED WHETHER HE FELL OR WAS ELECTROCUTED.
