Investigation Summary
At 4:03 p.m. on July 25, 2018, an employee was in in the process of renovating the kitchen of the residence. As a part of the renovation, new appliances, which require updated electrical wiring, were installed. The employee was found with his head and arms were in the area of the garbage disposal (under the kitchen sink) and his feet were tucked up under the lower trim lip of a nearby, newly installed, island. The employee was electrocuted.
