Investigation Summary
At 2:30 p.m. on July 24, 2018, an employee was searching for electrical sources for three recessed lights at the outside overhang for the field house. The employee was connecting electrical wiring between a junction box in one room that went to a relay box located in another room. The electrical wires were not deenergized prior to the work commencing and the employee was electrocuted.
