Employee partially amputates finger while using puller-cutte

At 2:30 a.m. on July 16, 2018, an employee was operating a Extrusion Services, Inc. Catapuller Puller-Cutter Machine and attempted to reach for short piece of stock where a cutting knife is located. The employee sustained a partial finger amputation to the end of the left middle finger when he came into contact with cutting knife and was hospitalized.
