Employee's hand is burned by PU press vents

At 9:45 p.m. on June 27, 2018, an employee was cleaning the PU 6 press when the slide vents did not lower. The employee entered the press and his left hand became trapped by the slide vents. The vents were approximately 200 degrees Fahrenheit, causing his hand to be burned upon contact. The employee was hospitalized.
