Investigation Summary
At 2:15 p.m. on July 11, 2018, an employee was skimming bubbles off of an egg roe brine vat. The employee's gloved hand was caught by the moving shaft while removing bubbles off of the top and he fractured his arm. The employee was hospitalized.
