Investigation Summary
At 6:00 a.m. on June 25, 2018, an employee was working at a residential construction site. As the employee was working from the second floor of a residence, performing snapping and marking work along its perimeter, he fell approximately 11 feet and struck a concrete surface below. Emergency services were contacted and the employee was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The employee died five days later.
