Investigation Summary
At 2:30 p.m. on June 26, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was installing an electrical pole. He was working on the ground when an automobile, with a driver who had fallen asleep, ran through the construction barriers and struck the employee's right leg and foot.
