Three employees are splashed with Isopar chemical

At 11:30 a.m. on June 21, 2108, Employees #1, #2, and #3 were assembling an array. Too many screws were removed from an attachment and the Isopar chemical was released from the array and sprayed the employees. One employee was hospitalized as a result of the exposure.
