Investigation Summary
At 7:25 a.m. on June 15, 2018, an employee was operating an edge banding machine and stuck his fingers into it near the cutting and glue applicator. The employees work glove and finger was pulled into the machine and he amputated his left hands middle finger just below the knuckle. The employee was hospitalized.
