Employee sustains fractured hip after fall in office

At 12:00 p.m. on May 18, 2018, an employee was walking down a hall between the office cubicles. At the time, the hall was partially obstructed by storage totes that were being packed for a move to a new office. The employee was carrying a bag when it caught onto a bin, causing her to trip and fall to the floor. The employee suffered a fractured hip for which she was hospitalized.
