Employee falls from steel frame decking and is killed

On June 6, 2018, an employee was laying out decking on the top of a steel frame and trusses. The employee lost his balance and fell from a deck height of 23 feet 3 inches to the asphalt parking lot. The employee is killed from injuries received from the fall, including a brain contusion, two spinal fractures, kidney laceration, spleen laceration, and fractured ribs.
