Employee amputates two fingertips in wrapping machine

At 7:00 a.m. on May 31, 2018, Employee #1 was sanitizing the ice cream cone wrapping machine. His fingers became caught by the cramping bar, amputating the tips of his left hand ring finger and middle finger. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
