At 3:15 p.m. on May 15, 2018, an employee was leaving the softball field where he had been working as a coach and caught his heel in the street curb. The employee stumbled and fell, fracturing his hip and suffered contusions to his elbows, hands, and shoulder. The employee was hospitalized.
