Two employees are killed when steam is released

At 11:30 a.m. on June 3, 2018, Employee #1 and Employee #2 were riding inside an elevator on their way up to level 14 of Unit 3 to trouble shoot a super heated steam leak. The elevator stopped at level 12. Super heated steam escaped from a pipe that separated from a flange on level 14 that impacted Employee #1 and Employee #2 on level 12 of unit 3. Both employees were killed from burn injuries from super heated steam.
