Investigation Summary
At 7:30 a.m. on May 2, 2018, an employee was working as a material handler in the 8000 Press Room and was pushing a cart that held some label boxes that weighed 35-45 lbs each. The employee had moved the Rubbermaid cart approximately 15 feet when he stopped and fell backwards, hitting his head on the concrete floor. The employee was unconscious and transported to the hospital. The employee never regained consciousness and passed away at the hospital on May 16, 2018.
