At 11:00 a.m. on May 22, 2018, an employee was sanitizing a Mogul #2 candy makin g machine and had removed a guard. The employee placed his finger into the mach ine to point out a part to a coworker and caught his finger, amputating the tip of his ring finger. The employee was hospitalized.
