Investigation Summary
At 3:30 a.m. on May 23, 2018, an employee was loading a Bobcat S590 skid steer loader onto a flatbed trailer. The employee's foot was caught under the front wheel of the loader when operating the loader from outside of the cab. The employee was caught between the lifting arm and the body of the loader and is killed.
