Employee is killed when crushed between a scissor lift and c

At 12:45 p.m. on May 23, 2018, an employee was inspecting overhead beams using a scissor lift. The employee was traveling in the scissors lift to next concrete overhead beam for inspection. The employee's neck was crushed between the scissor lift guardrail and concrete beam as the scissor lift traveled under the concrete beam. The employee died.
