At 3:00 p.m. on May 4, 2018, an employee was operating a Delta Unisaw Model #36-L31X table saw and her left hand came into contact with the saw blade. The employee amputated her left hand's ring finger and lacerated his middle and index fingers. The employee was taken by a coworker to the Medical Clinic and was referred to Kaiser Hospital for treatment. The employee was hospitalized.
