Employee's hand is caught by rollers, amputates one finger a

At 1:30 p.m. on May 1, 2018, an employee was cleaning form rollers with a rag when it was pulled into the intake area. The employee's right hand was pulled in and he caught three fingers between the rollers, amputating his index finger, lacerating the middle finger, and pulling skin off of the small finger. The employee was hospitalized.
