At 5:00 p.m. on April 17, 2018, an employee was pulling a reclining sofa from a storage rack using a SP 3500 stand-up forklift. The employee caught his hand between the rack and the forklift's overhead guard, tearing some tissue and a fingernail and was hospitalized.
