At 12:15 p.m. on May 4, 2018, an employee was working on a scaffold to attach and plug in string lights. The employee received an electrical shock when he reached out to grab a truss and fell from the scaffold. The employee was hospitalized with bleeding from his brain and a suffered a back hernia.
