At 11:00 a.m. on April 13, 2018, an employee was cleaning some sidewalk and a coworker was operating a DeWalt DW-194 core drilling tool The employee was struck by the drill bit when his coworker lost control of the drill while being operated and the employee suffered a deep laceration to his right palm. The employee was hospitalized.
