Employee loses control of forklift while delivering a load a

At 10:00 p.m. on April 22, 2018, an employee was delivering a load to a shelf inside a freezer. He drove a forklift over a patch of ice, losing control and wedging his left foot between the forklift and a pallet that was on the floor. The employee fractured his left ankle and was hospitalized.
