Employee sustains amputation from cable stripper

At 8:30 a.m. on April 24, 2018, an employee was operating a cable stripping machine when it jammed. The employee used a screw driver to try to remove the jam and turned on the machine in reverse. The employee's hand was pulled into the machine, which resulted in an amputation to left middle and ring fingers.
