Investigation Summary
At 10:30 a.m. on April 19, 2018, Employees #1, #2, and #3, and three coworkers, employed by construction companies, were engaged in steel erection at a multiemployer construction project, a five-story commercial building. The employees were in the process of building a multi-level scaffold when a metal piece made contact with an energized power line. All six employees received electrical shocks. Employees #1, #2, and #3 required hospitalization and treatment for internal injuries and burns.
