Investigation Summary
At 10:36 a.m. on March 23, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was installing interior walls at the site of a residential building construction project. He was working from a scaffold and drilling into drywall when he lost his balance and fell, a fall height of 12 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital.
