Employee is killed when struck by plywood panel
At 9:30 a.m. on March 30, 2018, Employee #1 was passing a plywood panel to a coworker on a second level. The coworker was unable to hold onto the panel and it slipped from his hands. The plywood struck Employee #1 in the abdomen, killing him.
