Employee is killed when crushed between trailer bed and truc

At 12:30 p.m. on April 13, 2018, Employee #1 was loading a shed onto a truck for delivery. During loading, Employee #1 became pinned between the hydraulic trailer bed and frame of the truck. His chest was crushed, killing him.
