Investigation Summary
At 9:18 a.m. on April 3, 2018, an employee was at a residential construction pro ject. The employee worked as a landscaper who was running irrigation lines for the front yard sprinkler system. While retrieving additional work materials, the employee was asked to assist a coworker to operate a piece of equipment. As the employee calked toward the equipment, he collapsed to the ground. He was transp orted to the St. Louis Regional Medical Center where he later died from a possib le heart attack.
