Investigation Summary

At 9:23 p.m. on February 17, 2018, an employee was working at Dryer #3 when it became jammed with some veneer. The employee climbing up the railing to clear the jam and caught his hand in the chain and sprocket. The employee amputated four fingers and was hospitalized.
