Employee falls and fractures leg, and dies at home from cont

At 8:00 a.m. on March 15, 2017, an employee was walking across a parking lot to get to his personal vehicle when he slipped and fell, fracturing his left femur. The employee died at his home residence due to the underlying cause of probable cerebrovascular accident and hypertension.
