The editor looked at 1306035. At 3:00 p.m. on April 2, 2018, an employee was working for a firm that provided support activities for oil and gas well operations. He was rigging up tubing tools. Some workers tried to start a pickup truck near the wellhead. There were natural gas vapors nearby. An explosion or fire ensued. The employee sustained burns to his lower back and face. He was hospitalized.
