Employee is struck by router bit and lacerates finger

At 7:00 a.m. on March 26, 2018, an employee was smoothing out a wooden edge of an L-shaped wooden work piece when it slid off of the table. The employee lost control of a handheld router and the router bit lacerated the employee's middle finger on his left hand. The employee was hospitalized.
