Investigation Summary
At 3:00 p.m. on March 30, 2018, an employee was exiting the cab of a Bobcat equipped with a forklift attachment. The employee engaged the foot control and was caught between the mast and the cage of the Bobcat. The employee's torso was crushed. The employee died.
