Employee suffers lacerations on unguarded table saw

At 9:00 a.m. on March 15, 2018, Employee #1 was using a table saw, DELTA, Model Number 36-L31X, Serial Number 05D101310, to cut pieces of wood. The saw was not guarded at the point of operation. The employee suffered a laceration on his left hand thumb and palm while he was working on the unguarded table saw. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was admitted for treatment.
